This recipe for mash potatoes is so simple and so delicious and most importantly it's vegan. Just in time for the holidays, this recipe is perfect for Thanksgiving and/or Christmas celebrations. Mash potatoes usually include milk, butter, maybe some cheese, and this recipe calls for only 5-ingredients!
This recipe makes fluffy, creamery, and buttery mashed potatoes. This is my go-to for the holidays and I hope you guys enjoy it!

RECIPE:
8 Yukon Potatoes
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
6 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp Butter
First, you want to peel the potatoes and wash them. Next, you want to boil the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes until they are soft.
Once they are tender, drain the potatoes, and mash the potatoes with a potato masher or a fork.
Add in the vegan butter, garlic, salt, and pepper and combine.
Serve and Enjoy!!
